- I'm with Patrick on this one. You people are nuts to be calling for the death penalty on a 17 year old, he is still a child. 17 is not 18 and even 18 is not very old. This kid did not intend to kill this guy.

- OK, full disclosure, I have never smoked pot in my entire life. Never tried any illegal drug of any kind. That said, I think it's insane that pot is illegal. It kills me that their justification for keeping it illegal is that you actually might like it. People drink because they like it.
